In 2023, the original Kellogg company split into two (WW Kellogg Co and Kellanova).
WK Kellogg Co, which produces cereals, has now been acquired by Ferrero in September 2025. Kellanova, which produces snacks, has also now been acquired by Mars as of December 2025.
