In 2024, a merger between Skydance Media and Paramount paved the way for CEO David Ellison, under whom father Larry Ellison (co-founder of Oracle and a proud Zionist) is now the largest shareholder in the ‘new’ company.
In 2025, Paramount released an ‘Israeli’ mini-series based on the events of 7th October 2023. In November the same year, Paramount also condemned a growing boycott in solidarity with Palestine by Hollywood actors and filmmakers.
